About Ballinskelligs Veterinary Products

Ballinskelligs Veterinary Products (Tairgi Tread Lia Baile na Sceilge Teo) is a manufacturer of veterinary pharmaceutical and nutritional products for commercial farm livestock and companion animals. The company is Irish owned and was established in 1990. The plant is located in Ballinskelligs, part of the Kerry Gaeltacht region, in the south-west of Ireland.

The plant is an E.U. approved facility and fully complies with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice). For the past 30 years, the company has specialised in the formulation and manufacture of vitamin and trace mineral products in both injectable and oral forms.

Our injectable products are filled in either glass or plastic vials and terminally sterilised on site.

Over 60% of product manufactured on site is for export markets to all five continents. Current international markets are inclusive of : UK, Turkey, Czech Republic,  Australia,  New Zealand, Bolivia,  Costa Rica,  Paraguay,  Nicaragua,  Mexico, Peru, Guatemala, Sudan, Libya,  Morocco,  Egypt,  Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Our oral drenches for cattle and sheep contain trace elements in the form of amino acid chelates. They are non-molasses based, free-flowing, stable and easy to administer.
